Cycle awareness and charting foundations is an educational group designed to help participants better understand the connection between hormonal rhythms and emotional well-being.
This group introduces the foundations of menstrual cycle, awareness and charting, so participants can begin recognizing patterns within their own bodies and develop a deeper understanding of how hormonal rhythms may influence emotional experiences.

Participants will explore:
The phases of the cycle
How hormonal rhythms can influence mood and energy
The foundations of cycle charting
Recognizing emotional patterns across the cycle
Developing greater body awareness and self understanding
The goal of the group is to support body literacy, self-awareness, and emotional insight through learning about the natural rhythms of the cycle.

This group includes both guided learning sessions and independent cycle charting overtime.
Participants will be invited to chart their cycle for approximately six menstrual cycles (about six months) in order to observe patterns and deep in their understanding of cycle awareness.
During this time, participants to learn how to notice patterns and mood energy and emotional experiences throughout the cycle.

This group is being offered as part of me training in the SymptoPro fertility awareness method, a structured approach to cycle charting and education.
Because this group is connected to the certification process, participants will be invited to chart their cycles and explore the foundations of cycle awareness over a longer period of time.
Future educational groups will likely be offered in shorter formats once training is complete. This initial group provides an opportunity to participate in the learning process while gaining a deeper understanding of cycle charting.

Participants should be willing to chart their cycles of approximately six cycles (about six months) while learning the foundations of cycle awareness.

Because this group is part of certification training, it is being offered at a reduced introductory rate.
Participation fee: $30
Future groups will likely be offered at a higher rate once training is complete.
This training cohort offers a unique opportunity to explore cycle awareness and charting at a significantly lower cost.

To help make this opportunity more accessible, 1-2 scholarship spots will be reserved for Black women who may be experiencing financial barriers but are interested in learning about cycle awareness and charting.
If you are interested in a scholarship spot, you will have the option to indicate this when joining the interest list.
