Understanding Your Menstrual Cycle, Hormones, & Emotional Wellbeing in Lancaster, CA

Understand your mood, energy, and mental health patterns through your own cycle.

What Is Menstrual Cycle Tracking?

A fertility chart displaying basal body temperature tracking over the cycle days, with a notable spike around day 26. The chart includes icons at the bottom indicating fertile cervical mucus days and other fertility signs.

Menstrual cycle tracking is the process of observing patterns in your mood, energy, emotions, and physical symptoms across your cycle.

Many women notice that anxiety, overwhelm, or emotional sensitivity follow predictable patterns—but without tracking, it can feel random or confusing.

Learning your cycle helps you:

  • Understand emotional shifts instead of reacting to them

  • Reduce self-judgment

  • Support your nervous system more intentionally

  • Feel more connected to your body

Common Signs Hormonal Changes May Be Affecting Your Mental Health

  • Anxiety before your period

  • Mood swings throughout the cycle

  • Irritability and emotional sensitivity

  • Fatigue and brain fog

  • Difficulty concentrating

  • Sleep changes

  • Feeling disconnected from yourself

Cohort Experience

Cycle awareness and charting foundations is an educational cohort experience designed to help participants better understand the connection between hormonal rhythms and emotional well-being.

This experience introduces the foundations of menstrual cycle, awareness and charting, so participants can begin recognizing patterns within their own bodies and develop a deeper understanding of how hormonal rhythms may influence emotional experiences. These patterns can become even more noticeable during life transitions like postpartum.
